Obeinson Enterprise, LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through obeinsonenterprise.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, email address, social media handle, the service you're interested in, your preferred time and any message you include. If you request a quote, we also collect your phone number, company, website (if you share it), budget ranges and project details. If you fill out our custom sign questionnaire, we also collect your business name, phone number, installation address and the project details you provide.
OBEINSON FREQUENCY X app
The platform app keeps your settings, favourites, recordings and licence key on your own device. No account is required. If you choose the optional login, Netlify Identity handles the email and password for your existing site account; we do not create a separate password store or sync local app settings. Your account name and email are shown only in your account panel, and app sign-ins and password-reset requests use the existing account activity log and owner notifications. The browser's random visitor number is also used to prevent misuse. If you donate, Stripe processes the payment and we receive your name and email address, and keep a record of the donation so we can thank you and keep the service running. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We may suspend access for accounts that break the Software Licence or these terms.
OBEINSON FREQUENCY X members
If you create a radio account, we store your name (if you give it), email address and an encrypted password through our website host's account service, plus the status of your membership. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.

How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and handle form submissions and payments (such as our website host and Stripe), and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, or as required by law.

Visit statistics
To understand how the site is used, your browser keeps a random visitor number (not linked to your name) and tells our server which page you opened, that the page is still open, and how many times you clicked, sent a form or pressed play. For the FREQUENCY X app we also record whether that browser holds a supporter licence from before the app became free. If you are signed in to the radio, these statistics are linked to your account and membership status. When you sign in to the radio, enter the app or sign in as an administrator, we also keep a record of the time, the email and name on the account, the type of device and browser, and the approximate city and country, for up to one year, to keep accounts secure. We never store or see your password. Only our administrators can see this information, and we do not use it for advertising.
The free app's Live listeners panel publishes only aggregate counts of browsers playing live media by approximate country. While radio stations, network radio, receiver streams, live voice/scanner streams, the listening playlist or in-app live video are playing and unmuted, the browser sends an anonymous playback report about every 30 seconds. Clicks and station selections alone are not playback reports. A temporary page-session identifier and the existing random visitor number let us avoid counting multiple players or tabs in the same browser more than once. Country estimates come from the connection and may reflect a VPN; we do not store IP addresses or precise locations in these playback records. Names, email addresses, account data, station names, stream URLs and identifiers are never included in the public listener response. Reports expire from the live count after two minutes without an update. Playback records older than one day are removed when new reports arrive. Local studio playback, recordings, microphone/camera previews, demo tones and external TV viewing are not included.
Optional sharing and website maintenance
Sharing reminders are optional. We do not post to social accounts, access your contacts or require sharing to use the site or the free app. Your device's share menu, a selected social platform or a copied public link lets you choose where to share. Shared links exclude account details, referral codes and other query parameters. Social platforms receive information only when you choose to open them.
Automated maintenance checks public website links and caches link status reports on Netlify. An administrator-only AI assistant receives public page information and link-check results to suggest search improvements; it does not receive visitor identifiers, account information or form submissions. Advice does not automatically rewrite published copy.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If you sign in to the radio, we use a sign-in cookie so you stay logged in. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
