Your profile basics
- Name and handle. Easy to spell, consistent across platforms, and the name field includes what you do (for example “Maya · Wedding Florist”), which also helps search inside the app.
- Profile photo. A clear logo or face that is still recognisable at thumbnail size.
- Bio. In one or two lines: who you help, what you offer and why you are different, followed by a call to action.
- Link. It works, loads quickly on a phone and goes to the page that matches your call to action, not just your home page.
- Contact options. Email, phone or booking buttons are switched on where the platform allows it.
Your content
- Pinned posts. Pin your best introduction, your strongest result and your current offer.
- Highlights or playlists. Organise them by what customers want to know: services, prices, reviews, FAQ.
- Posting rhythm. A steady, realistic schedule beats bursts followed by silence.
Your engagement
- Replies. Comments and messages get a reply, ideally within a day. Conversations are often where sales start.
- Analytics. Check monthly which posts brought profile visits, link clicks and messages, and plan the next month around them.
